The Woodlands Day Nursery and Preschool is an Ofsted 'Good' (2019), unique setting with a strong community bond and warm family feel. Our Nursery is just minutes from the heart of Woodhall Spa, a quaint and remarkably historic village.
Strong links have been built within the community, including two local primary schools, the Kinema in the woods, which hosts our annual 'film' night, and Tattershall Farm Park who house our sponsored sheep.
Here at the Woodlands, we pride ourselves in offering quality care and education for all children, with an uniquely diverse curriculum. Our Curriculum is designed to support all aspects of learning with a key focus on communication and language and outdoor learning. We have different learning themes each month that allow us to enable a curiosity provoking environment.
'The staff are so caring it's like a home from home, my daughter has been here since she was a baby and I couldn't have found a better nursery!'
Alongside our wonderful provision we have our very own Woodland area in which all forms of Woodlands wonders take place. From using hand made pencils to hack saws, this enchanted space brings risky play to life in an all natural environment.
